If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange, replace, refund or credit your purchase within 10 days of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition. A restocking fee (15% of total purchase price) does apply to all returns, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return. We hand create your pieces to order please allow 2-4 weeks from purchase date to receive domestic orders & 3-5 weeks from purchase date to receive international orders. Unless arranged prior to purchase, production times are our best estimates and not guaranteed. We highly recommend ordering your piece(s) sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive in plenty of time. Orders are shipped to the address provided, Kirsten Kuehn Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. This includes USPS Express shipping with tracking upon the completion of your order. Any delays on international shipments caused by customs in your country is out of our hands and we will not be held responsible.
