• Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange, replace, refund or credit your purchase within 10 days of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition. A restocking fee (15% of total purchase price) does apply to all returns, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return. We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. This is due to the handmade nature of our items.

• Production & Shipping

Due to a recent high volume of orders we have recently changed our policies, please take note of our production times before placing your order. We hand create your pieces to order please allow 2-4 weeks from purchase date to receive domestic orders & 3-5 weeks from purchase date to receive international orders. Unless arranged prior to purchase, production times are our best estimates and not guaranteed. We highly recommend ordering your piece(s) sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive in plenty of time. Orders are shipped to the address provided, Kirsten Kuehn Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package, or use UPS or Fedex instead of USPS please email us at shop@kirstenkuehndesigns.com, please be sure to include your order number.

• Rush Orders

Please contact us at shop@kirstenkuehndesigns.com if you'd like to arrange a rush order. Our domestic fee is $50 and our international fee is $70. This includes USPS Express shipping with tracking upon the completion of your order. Any delays on international shipments caused by customs in your country is out of our hands and we will not be held responsible. If you'd like to have your package shipped via UPS or Fedex instead of USPS please email us and we can discuss the pricing.
